Clayton Collins leads HW Media’s corporate strategy and content roadmap, while building a world-class team of business media professionals. He is also managing partner of Riomar Capital, an entrepreneurial investment firm that acquired HousingWire in 2016. Prior to founding Riomar Capital, Collins worked at RBC Capital Markets in the mergers and acquisitions group and served as vice president of national sales and marketing at Citibank. His drive to increase HousingWire’s impact earned him a spot on the 2018 Folio: 100, a prestigious list of thought leaders in the media industry. Collins holds a degree in business administration from Elon University and completed his MBA at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Ashley Giesler is a Partner at Anacapa Partners, a private equity firm focused on supporting entrepreneurs in their acquisition of companies through the search fund model. Ashley has over 20 years of experience advising, operating and investing in high growth private equity and venture backed companies. Immediately prior to joining Anacapa, Ashley was an executive at Sunrun (NASDAQ: RUN), where she led the project finance and legal teams responsible for equity, debt and project finance transactions and was instrumental in developing the strategy and infrastructure necessary to support the company’s rapid growth. From 2002 to 2011, Ashley was a member of the senior management team at Asurion Corporation, a global leader in technology solutions services. During this time, she led the execution of multiple transformative acquisitions and equity and debt recapitalizations of the company. In addition, Ashley co-led the development of Asurion’s five year strategic plan and supported the Company’s international expansion. Ashley graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Santa Barbara and Order of the Coif from UCLA Law School. She lives in Menlo Park, CA with her husband and two sons where she enjoys running, hiking and watching local Bay Area sports teams.

Matthew Burr is General Partner at Red Forest Capital, a family office that specializes in investing in search funds and other small, middle-market buyouts. He previously worked at Cambridge Associates, where he was a hedge fund analyst covering global long/short equity funds. He also assisted universities, foundations, and high net worth families with asset allocation, investment manager selection, and market research. He is presently on the Board of Directors of Dragonfly Pond Works, HousingWire and Precision Eye. Matthew Burr received his BA, cum laude, from Harvard College.

Prior to joining NIP Group, he was Managing Director at Ally Financial and a Director of M&A and Divisional CFO at AIG. He began his career with KPMG. Larry serves on the Board of Botanical Designs, HW Media, ABS Warranty, Briscoe Protective and Lorman Education Services.
